2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and maintain our fantasy football content, tools, accounts, mobile app, watchlist, chat, and subscription features
- Authenticate users, restore purchases, validate subscription entitlements, and manage billing and access levels
- Improve and personalize user experience
- Analyze usage patterns, detect abuse, and enhance our services

3. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for authentication, account continuity, analytics, client preferences, and related site features. You can control some of these through your browser settings, although disabling them may affect functionality.
5. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services for billing, analytics, monitoring, email delivery, infrastructure, and AI processing. Depending on the feature, these may include OpenRouter, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, Sentry, RevenueCat, Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Google Analytics, and Plausible. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
The FFN iOS v1 app does not ship an advertising SDK or the PostHog mobile analytics SDK. If a future mobile build adds PostHog or another mobile analytics processor, we will update this policy and App Store privacy disclosures before enabling it.
6. FantasyGPT and AI Processing
FantasyGPT may process prompts, conversation content, and related request data to generate responses. Depending on routing and model availability, chat requests may be processed by third-party AI/model providers such as OpenRouter, Anthropic, Google, and DeepSeek. Free-tier chat history is primarily stored in the browser. Paid tiers may also store conversation content on FantasyGPT servers to support continuity features. Pro-tier server-side messages are currently deleted after about 2 hours, while Elite conversation history may be retained longer.
For more detail on how automation and AI-assisted workflows are used across FantasyGPT and FFN, see our AI Disclosure.
7. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the last updated date.
9. Contact Us
If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at [email protected].
Billing, cancellation, and deletion guidance: Billing & Account Help. In-app account deletion removes or disables the FFN account path but does not cancel Apple auto-renewable subscriptions; Apple subscriptions must be managed or canceled through App Store subscription settings.
