01 // Service Terms Current FFN usage conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Fantasy Football Nerds, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Fantasy Football Nerds provides fantasy football advice, analysis, rankings, tools, mobile app access, and connected FantasyGPT features. Our content is for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Some features are connected to FantasyGPT, paid account services, and automated publishing systems. For operational details, see our Billing & Account Help page and AI Disclosure.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
  • Scrape or harvest data from our service without permission

4. Intellectual Property

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service.

Fantasy sports involve risk. You are responsible for your own decisions and any consequences thereof.

6. Paid Services and App Store Subscriptions

Paid FFN and FantasyGPT features may be offered through web billing providers such as Stripe or through Apple in-app purchase for iOS app subscriptions. Subscription access is validated server-side and may be associated with your FFN account so the correct tier can be restored across supported surfaces.

For iOS auto-renewable subscriptions, the in-app purchase flow should show the subscription name, duration, included access, and App Store price before purchase. Apple subscriptions renew until canceled and are billed by Apple through the App Store.

Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions through App Store or Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting your FFN account, deleting the app, or losing access to your FFN account does not cancel an Apple auto-renewable subscription. Use the app's Manage Subscription or Restore Purchases actions when available, or contact support if account access and subscription access do not match.

For web Stripe subscriptions, use the Stripe billing portal when available in your account dashboard. Refunds and cancellation timing depend on the payment provider, subscription state, and applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fantasy Football Nerds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fantasy Football Nerds from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

03 // Practical Summary What most readers are checking
FFN content is guidance, not a guarantee. Rankings, projections, and FantasyGPT answers are meant to improve your decisions, but fantasy outcomes still carry uncertainty. Apple subscriptions must be managed through App Store subscription settings. The terms also prohibit unauthorized access, scraping, and service disruption.
