1. Scope

Fantasy Football Nerds, FantasyGPT, and the FFN iOS app use the same account and entitlement system for subscriptions and access. Billing details depend on where you purchased the paid plan.

2. Billing Basics

  • Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
  • iOS app subscriptions are processed through Apple in-app purchase and may be validated through RevenueCat so FFN can restore the correct entitlement.
  • The current web self-serve checkout flow supports card payments through Stripe Checkout.
  • Pro is $12 per month, or $108 billed yearly for an effective $9 per month.
  • Elite is $25 per month, or $228 billed yearly for an effective $19 per month.
  • iOS App Store prices are displayed by Apple in the purchase flow and may vary by storefront, currency, taxes, or App Store configuration.
  • Your subscription tier, billing status, purchase history, Stripe customer/subscription IDs, RevenueCat identifiers, and App Store purchase-validation metadata may be stored in your account records to operate access and billing.

3. How to Manage Billing

If you have a web paid subscription and your account dashboard shows a Manage Billing button, that button opens the Stripe customer billing portal. Use that portal for payment-method updates, invoice review, and subscription-management options made available by Stripe.

If you purchased through the iOS app, manage or cancel the Apple subscription through App Store or Apple ID subscription settings. The app's Manage Subscription button opens Apple's subscription-management surface when available; Restore Purchases can reconnect a valid App Store purchase to your FFN account.

If the billing portal does not open or does not resolve your issue, contact support through our contact page.

4. Cancellation

Subscriptions renew until they are canceled. For web subscriptions, the self-serve cancellation path is the Stripe billing portal when available in your dashboard. For iOS subscriptions, cancellation must be completed through App Store or Apple ID subscription settings.

The effective timing of cancellation depends on the option presented by Stripe or Apple and the subscription state stored by that provider. Review the provider confirmation screen before you submit any cancellation request.

Deleting your FFN account, uninstalling the app, or signing out does not cancel an Apple auto-renewable subscription.

5. Refunds

There is currently no blanket money-back guarantee or automatic refund policy unless we state one explicitly on a live checkout or offer page.

Refund requests, if any, are handled manually through support and may depend on account history, timing, duplicate charges, billing errors, or applicable law.

6. Account Updates

You can currently update basic account details such as username and email from your profile page. Password-change tooling is not fully self-serve yet on the current profile pages.

7. Account Deletion

In the iOS app, use Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account where available. On the web account pages, or if self-serve deletion is unavailable for your account, contact support from the email address on your account so we can verify ownership and process the request manually.

Deleting an account does not necessarily mean every record can be erased immediately. We may retain records such as billing history, invoices, tax or accounting records, fraud-prevention logs, security logs, and other legally or operationally necessary records for a limited period.

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it through the relevant provider first. Use Stripe for web subscriptions and App Store or Apple ID subscription settings for iOS subscriptions. Account deletion does not cancel Apple auto-renewable subscriptions.

8. Privacy and Data Requests

For privacy questions, retention questions, or account-data requests, use our contact page and identify the request clearly. For more detail on data handling, see our Privacy Policy.

9. Support

For billing or account help, contact us through Fantasy Football Nerds support. Using the email address already tied to your account will help us resolve your request faster.

03 // Practical Summary Fastest resolution path
Use the dashboard first, then support. If your dashboard exposes a billing portal, that is the first place to manage payment method changes or cancellations. When self-serve tools do not resolve the issue, support is the next step.
